Unique expertise of Export sub-claster is set of notions and marketing principles, called Plastics Marketing Initiative. on basis of which set of activities to reach and open new target regions for plastics businesses is identified and carried out. Methodology-wise, the expertise comprises best practices of industrial companies, and new approaches regarding B2B strategies and tactics for manufacturing companies. 

 

Particular emphasize is paid to identification of Unique Marketing Proposals that are based on Estonian economico/geographical position between Nordic and Baltics and our specific socio-economical advantages.  

 

Pro-active activities (complemented)

​Different pilot projects are carried out for identifying best reasonable teaching methodologies and testing different types of curricula. There have been two distinguished types of complementary training - those based on traditional engineers' curricula, identified on training institutions and secondly: those based on tailored, continuously dynamic training programs, used by industries in Estonia and neighbouring countries.
